Meal Plan Monday #2

Hello everyone!

Here we are kicking off yet another Monday…woo. On the bright side, I’m also starting the Livefit program today, so I’m super pumped about that! That said, I will share with you my plan this week. Keep in mind, I’m not following the food plan on the Jamie Eason Livefit, just focusing on eating clean, 5-6 small meals a day. Also, please keep in mind this is what is working for me and may or may not be what works for you. I also may or may not follow this plan precisely. Some days I may mix up the meals, but simply having a plan gives me an idea of what I want my week to look like and helps me to be prepared.
